We invite you to support the Conference and Provider Training Day...
and let members of the LGBTQ and allied communities know that you value ALL families.
There are several ways to get involved:
- Become a Conference/Training Day supporter at the Platinum ($5,000+), Gold ($3,000+), Silver ($2,000+) or Bronze ($1,000+) level. You may underwrite a specific aspect of the events such as a meal, childcare, or sign-language interpretation services.
- Advertise in the Conference/Training Day Program Book.
- Host an exhibit at the Conference Vendor/Resource Fair.
- Make an in-kind donation to support the events.
Depending on your level of support, your participation will be acknowledged on our website (700 hits per month), in our Program Book (330 total attendees) and in online and print communications to thousands of LGBTQ individuals, families and their allies and providers.
Become a Conference/Training Day supporter.
We invite businesses and community members to make a donation in the categories of Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze. If you wish, you may specify that your donation be used to underwrite a specific aspect of the event, e.g., a meal, childcare, sign-language interpretation services.
Platinum Supporter - $5,000
Inside cover ad in Program Book. Acknowledgement from the podium. Ad at website. Exhibit space at Resource/Vendor Fair on Saturday. Logo in March Empty Closet newspaper ad. Eight (8) seats at lunch on Saturday. Opportunity to address lunch crowd on Saturday. Swag bag inclusion. Eight (8) seats at dinner on Saturday. Logo on signage. Eight (8) Conference registrations for Saturday.
Gold Supporter - $3,000
Full page ad in Program Book. Acknowledgement from the podium. Ad at website. Exhibit space at Resource/Vendor Fair on Saturday. Logo in March Empty Closet newspaper ad. Four (4) seats at lunch on Saturday. Swag bag inclusion. Four (4) seats at dinner on Saturday. Logo on signage. Four (4) Conference registrations for Saturday.
Silver Supporter - $2,000
Half page ad in Program Book. Acknowledgement from the podium. Ad at website. Exhibit space at Resource/Vendor Fair on Saturday. Logo in March Empty Closet newspaper ad. Two (2) seats at lunch on Saturday. Swag bag inclusion. Two (2) seats at dinner on Saturday. Logo on signage. Two (2) Conference registrations for Saturday.
Bronze Supporter - $1,000
Quarter page ad in Program Book. Ad at website. One (1) seat at lunch on Saturday. One (1) seat at dinner on Saturday. One (1) Conference registration for Saturday.
Make an in-kind donation. Donations of goods and services to benefit the Conference and its participants will be accepted gratefully and acknowledged appropriately.
