Vendor/Resource Fair

Our Vendor Space is currently filled, thank you everyone!

Rent exhibit space.  The Resource/Vendor Fair will be centrally-located and open from 8:30 am until 5 pm at the Conference on Saturday, April 9th.  Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibit space is 9 x 6 foot area, including (1) 6 ft. or 8 ft. table with box draped linen and (2) chairs.  Space rental is $500, with special rates for small businesses ($150/table) and non-profit organizations ($100/table).  Rates include breakfast, lunch, snack, and workshop attendance for one (1) adult only on Saturday.  To participate, please review and return the enclosed Vendor Response Form.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Vendor/Resource Fair of the 2011 Pride and Joy Families Weekend Conference.  The Fair will take place on Saturday, April 9th from 8:30 am until 5 pm at the RIT Inn and Conference Center, 5257 W. Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14602-0551, phone 585.359.1800.  The exhibit space is centrally-located, allowing for an excellent opportunity to showcase exhibitor products and services as Conference participants attend sessions and have lunch.

Participants will be announced on the Conference website and in the Program Book, to be distributed to approximately 330 participants at the Conference and pre-conference provider training day.

Materials may be set up any time after 7:00 am on Saturday, April 9 and must be removed no later than 6:00 that evening.  In no event is the Lesbian and Gay Family Building Project, its parent organization, the Ferre Institute, or any other organization affiliated with it, responsible for materials at the tables, staffing the tables, or removing materials from the tables.
