Children and Youth Programs
Childcare will be provided for children ages 6 months to grade 2.
Our Bugs and Butterflies Childcare rooms will be a-buzz with excitement during our conference. While you enjoy adult time in educational and entertaining workshops, your 2-8 year old will be busy as a bee making one of a kind artwork, listening to stories, singing a long and taking part in a dance time—all with our New York State certified childcare providers. There won’t be time for your little one to get bored once s/he gets involved with our lively jumping room, complete with a supervised bounce house! Babies 6 months of age and older will have fun in a quieter room where they will play with age appropriate toys and games. We know that all kids are different and have different needs. We will work with you and your child to make his or her time with us enjoyable. Snacks will be provided, as well as outdoor time, if the weather permits. Security is a number one priority in our childcare rooms and we take extra care to ensure that your child will be safe while he has fun. To take advantage of this great opportunity, you will need to register your family by March 8, so don’t wait!
COLAGE will offer fun, community building programming for youth in two grade-based groups, each led by adults who share the children’s experience of having one or more LGBTQ parents: Camp COLAGE for grades 3-5 and COLAGE Crew for grades 6-12. All programs will be held on-site.
